Job Description
The Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Client Care Coordinator is a shelter or temporary lodging site-based position with a primary role of managing a housing caseload responsible for coordinating care for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree (or higher) in a field related to Behavioral Health
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
- Minimum of six (6) months of paid related work experience
- Valid identification
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CBI Peer Certification within 90 days of being hired
