Job Description
The Client Stabilization Specialist is a shelter or temporary lodging site-based position responsible for working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, ensuring they are stabilized, and providing education and resources. The position involves face-to-face visits, perimeter walks, and escalation of issues impacting stabilization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
- 1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience preferred.
