Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Clinical Director to lead their behavioral healthcare agency in Arizona. The Clinical Director will provide clinical supervision, develop clinical trainings, and conduct fidelity audits to ensure effective and efficient clinical programming and services. The role requires a Master's degree in a field related to behavioral health and licensure at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in field related to behavioral health
- Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor
- 1-3 years of full-time Behavioral Health Care related work experience
- Courtesy Clinical Supervisor Continuing Education Review Letter from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners current for each renewal period
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Current AZ Driving License
- Clear 39-month motor vehicle record
