Peer Support Specialists (PSS) assigned to PCMH/OTP Community-Based Services will perform duties addressing one-on-one support needs and provides support for day-to-day problem-solving related to normalization and reintegration into the community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse field
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
- Current AZ Driver’s License (Valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
- Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or able to obtain a CPSS certification within 90 days (3 months) of hire
- Addiction and Substance Use Disorders certification preferred
- Must have Fingerprint Clearance Card
