Peer Support Specialist

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of six (6) months' experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse field
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
• Current AZ Driver's License (Valid and in good standing)
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
• Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or able to obtain a CPSS certification within 90 days (3 months) of hire
• Addiction and Substance Use Disorders certification preferred
