Job Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for managing the hospital's financial analysis activities, interpreting raw financial data to recommend changes to business processes, and building financial models to analyze possible business changes.
Requirements
- Prepares financial and statistical analysis for hospital and departments.
- Accumulates and reports on various financial and volume key indicators.
- Reconciles balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Develops and participates in productivity standards in conjunction with budgets, pro forma and applies them to cost accounting activities.
- Supports the finance department with budgeting, financial reporting, and capital budgets.
- Compares actual results to benchmarks, analyzing and reporting on results.
