Requirements

• Minimum of three years of administrative experience
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both virtual and on-site administrative support
• Exercises sound judgment with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Collaborative team player with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Reliable transportation required, with flexibility to travel to various locations as needed
