Job Description
Our Elizabeth Upjohn Community Healing Center is looking for a Social Worker (LMSW) to join the Outpatient Adult Substance Abuse/Mental Health Services team! The position will provide outpatient clinical services, including psycho-social assessments, treatment planning, and discharge/aftercare planning activities.
Requirements
- Master’s Social Worker Clinical License required
- Certified Advanced Addictions and Drug (CAADC) credential preferred
- Experience providing Substance Abuse counseling to individuals and groups required
- Experience with CMH population and required documentation and electronic record preferred
