Requirements
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited school
- Completion of a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in Podiatry
- State licensure to practice Podiatry
- Current BLS/ACLS required
- Current DEA required
