Requirements
- Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Five years related experience and/or training
- Three years in a supervisory or management capacity
- WA Pharmacist License
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Immunizations (COVID, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, FLU)
- Pre-employment drug screen
