Requirements

• Supports the role of a Career Life Development Instructor on an as-needed basis
• Teach courses on Career and Life Development, High-Performance Skills, Mobile Technology, and Financial Literacy
• Develop and monitor Curriculum, syllabi, and Lesson Plans
• Collaborate with other faculty to integrate information literacy competencies
• Present lectures and interactive classroom activities
• Maintain a 90% or higher on course evaluations
• Maintain a 88% or higher on quarterly student satisfaction surveys
• Maintain a 85% retention rate
