Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial planning and operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and developing policies and procedures to safeguard assets. The CFO will analyze operational data to improve financial performance and efficiency, and participate in the development of the hospital's strategic plan.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline
- A CPA designation is preferred
- A graduate level degree is a plus
- Critical Access Hospital experience is a plus
- 5 – 7 years of progressive career experience in Hospital Finance/Accounting
- Hospital CFO experience is required
