The Vice President of Cardiovascular Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the comprehensive cardiovascular service line, including the cardiac catheterization lab, cardiology clinic, and cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; MBA or MHA preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in cardiology services within a healthcare setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and clinical quality metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
