Direct Support Professional (DSP) Delaware County, PA Community Based Day Program

Community Interactions, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support and mentor Adults with Developmental and Physical Disabilities. The successful candidate will work in a supported and relaxed work environment, providing quality person-centered services to customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of experience working with persons with Autism preferred
• Valid driver's license with minimum 3 years of driving history, and personal vehicle in compliance with State Laws to transport Consumers
• Ability to physically assist individuals, have a high energy level to support clients' activities, be able to persuade and redirect behavior if required
