Job Description
Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Client Navigator to foster a safe, welcoming recovery environment for individuals overcoming opioid and substance use disorders. The role combines security and client engagement, ensuring a positive experience for patients, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous safety, law enforcement, security, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with substance use disorders preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to respond to clients with patience, objectivity, and a non-judgmental attitude
