Become a Foster Care / Host Home Provider and make a positive impact on someone's life by opening your home to an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
Requirements
- Ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support
- Provide a safe and comfortable home for the individual
- Ensure the basic physical and emotional needs of the individual
