Job Coach

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency seeking a Job Coach to support operations in Lawrenceville, NJ to supervise and train consumers with developmental disabilities on how to acquire the skills needed to perform specific tasks, work routine, and personal life activities that are critical to successful employment.

Requirements

• Provide necessary assistance to the consumer for placement in competitive employment and maintenance
• Teach independent job skills, requirements utilizing job task analysis, job specific supports, including assistive technology and personal assistance
• Work side-by-side with consumers at the job site, analyzing the job requirements and breaking it into manageable components
• Identify and solve problems before they become a crisis for the consumer, employer and coworkers
• Accurately complete all documentation
