Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities. Positive Options is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Columbia, TN.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successfully complete a 40-hour behavioral technician training
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Knowledge of Positive Behavior Supports
• Ability to implement Behavior Plans independently and confidently
• Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with participants receiving supports
• Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations
• Ability to collect, interpret, and graph data
• Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
