Program Manager, Behavioral Health

Community Reach Center is seeking a Program Manager, Behavioral Health to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a related field, and LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure. The Program Manager will oversee 3 programs, provide direct consumer consultation and care, and ensure accuracy and quality standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a directly related field
• LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience
• 2+ years of clinical supervision, general performance coaching, facilitation of group processes, and understanding state and local policy issues regarding mental health and children/adult systems of care
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
