Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a unique, 145-year-old nonprofit organization that provides direct care as well as research and consulting services within the areas of the Mental Health, Criminal Justice, and Public Policy fields.
The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the Community Strategies of MA (CSMA) Clinical Department, responsible for supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral challenges. They develop and deliver clinical services using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) and supervise assigned Clinicians.
