Job Description
We're hiring compassionate and caring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. As a DSP, you'll provide hands-on care, emotional support, and community engagement while promoting dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Support individuals in developing life skills
- Accompany individuals to appointments and social events
- Provide person-centered services and advocacy
- Implement behavior support plans and teach coping strategies
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with supervisors
