We’re hiring compassionate and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives.
Requirements
- Support individuals in developing life skills, such as communication, self-care, and household management.
- Accompany individuals to appointments, social events, recreational activities, and other outings.
- Being a problem solver is a key part of your role, as you navigate challenges with grace and integrity.
- Provide person-centered services, supports and advocacy for individuals in positive and life-enriching environments.
- Implementing behavior support plans, teaching coping strategies and promoting positive social interactions.
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided, communicating with supervisors and other team members, and being an active participant in team meetings.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures governing the provision of services to individuals with disabilities.
