Job Description
Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in San Bernardino, CA. The Case Aide will maintain accountability for clients’ location, implement Agency policies and procedures, and assist in client orientation. The role involves collecting intake data, developing and documenting program plan goals, and monitoring clients in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years’ experience in social services or similar field
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
