Soccer Development Officer - Youth Sports

We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Soccer Development Officer to take a lead role in coaching, session oversight, coach training, and program development for a private youth sports organization.

Requirements

• Passionate about working with and engaging young children
• Availability on weekday evenings (between 4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (between 9am - 12pm on Saturday/Sunday)
• Reliable and professional, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
• Experience managing, mentoring, and/or supervising other coaches or staff
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents
