Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering team behind PAD, our flagship data infrastructure platform. You will be a player-coach, leading the team and staying connected to the technical work, and will help shape a high-impact product that directly enables campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy groups to use their data effectively.

Requirements

• Led or been on a team accountable for a large, complex technical project
• Manage people and still engaged in the technical work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with or on product engineering teams
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data systems, ideally in GCP/BigQuery environments
