Verkada is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a new team and ensure the reliability and scalability of their cloud-based systems. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong people management skills, with expertise in AWS and Kubernetes. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, manage cross-functional collaboration, and build and lead a team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of engineers
• 10+ years of work experience in a software engineering role
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficient in agile team software development and strong project management
