Job Description
The Program Leader will develop, implement, and oversee various academic and enrichment activities targeting middle school youth at the CYC Aptos Beacon Center, including designing curriculum and activities that incorporate skill building and project-based learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 48 college units completed
- Knowledge of youth development practices and 1+ year experience planning enrichment activities
- Classroom management, conflict mediation, and restorative practices experience
- Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin, Spanish, or Tagalog
- Ability to lift or move at least 25lbs
