Program Specialist – Bayview/Excelsior Offices

The Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the Program Director in the development, implementation, and management of the Bayview/Excelsior CYC Office. The role involves administrative tasks, coordinating program activities, and providing support to clients seeking social and economic services.

Requirements

• B.A. preferred or 2+ years of office work experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent project management skills
• Good level of personal organization, attention to detail, and follow through
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
• Dependability, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Professional demeanor, integrity, good judgment, and a great sense of humor
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) are highly preferred
