Project Coordinator - Community Events

The Project Coordinator will support CYC community programs, events, and media-related projects by assisting with event planning, coordination, TV show production support, promotional content creation, social media promotion, and on-site project execution.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation preferred
• Experience with photography, graphic design, video editing, or event support a plus
• Interest in community work, media production, and youth/family programming highly desirable
• Able to lift or move at least 25lbs
• Ability to travel to off-site events and filming locations and perform light physical tasks
