Job Description
The Community Youth Center of San Francisco is hiring a School Violence Interrupter to address behavioral disruptions and incidents of violence on school campuses through linguistic or culturally competent programs and holistic services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or related areas or a Minimum of two years of experience conducting street outreach, conflict mediation, and crisis response
- Experience working with San Francisco’s diverse communities and neighborhoods
- Knowledge of the San Francisco Criminal Justice System, familiarity with community-based organizations within the city, and understanding of the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) system
