Job Description
We are seeking a people-centric Associate Coordinator to support our vartaLeap Coalition and internal HR. The role involves creating dynamic engagement spaces for coalition members, coordinating their journey and building community, as well as co-anchoring recruitment and supporting organizational processes.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills
- Good design and computer skills
- Ability to think creatively and have a good story-telling ability
- Fluency in English and Hindi
