We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us make parking and commuting smarter for companies. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers' well-being and making their experience with Commuty the best it can be.
Requirements
- Manage customer relationships to increase customer lifetime value and prevent churn
- Reinforce customer support by being the point of contact for frontline support requests and assisting customers with product usage
- Propose product improvements to reduce support needed for specific functionalities
