Manager - Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Finance in Bangalore to report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, ensure compliance with US GAAP, including Software and SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards (i.e. ASC 606), and support cross-functional teams with accurate financial data and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Accounting, Order to Cash, or GL Accounting.
• Deep understanding and experience with US GAAP, specifically contract accounting under ASC 606, and financial compliance standards required.
