Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading ambiguous, high-impact technical initiatives
• Strong ability to translate business, customer, and operational needs into clear technical requirements and system designs
• Deep experience designing and evolving distributed or cloud-native systems
• Experience making high-impact architectural decisions and communicating trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
