Commvault is seeking a German/English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to primarily be responsible for opportunity generation and pipeline development. The ideal SDR will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting sales closers up for success.
Requirements
- 1 or more year(s) outstanding sales attainment in a quota-driven, high-demand environment
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, Business, or a related field preferred but not essential
- IT sales or B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in German and English (verbal and written) with a strong telephone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SFDC, and customer engagement platforms
- Proven multitasking and time management skills, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all business interactions
- Self-motivated, accountable approach combined with strong sense of team collaboration
