Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with strong contractual expertise to oversee and manage the legal aspects of our business, ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating legal risks, and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across the organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in commercial and contract law, with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating contracts
- Proven experience handling complex commercial agreements independently
- Experience in IT and/or IP law is a strong advantage
- Experience working in or with the IT/technology sector will be considered a significant plus
- Master’s degree in Law
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills in English (a must-have)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance legal risk with business needs
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
