Manager, Product Analytics & Data Science

CompanyCam is a photo documentation and productivity app for contractors. They are looking for a Manager, Product Analytics & Data Science to lead and evolve their Product Analytics and Data Science function into a trusted operating partner for Product and Engineering. This role will lead a team of Product Data Analysts and an embedded Data Scientist, and help transform the function from a reactive support team into a scalable system for product intelligence.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or data science
• At least 2 years in a people leadership or team lead role
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with complex data models and analytical workflows
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies
• Working knowledge of machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, and how data science supports product development
