Job Description
As an internal sales representative, you will be the central point of contact between our customers and the internal sales team, processing customer inquiries, supporting technical questions, and accompanying ongoing customer projects with the sales team.
Requirements
- Offer creation and tracking
- Central point of contact for customer inquiries in the internal sales department
- Coordination, processing, and tracking of customer orders
- Technical support for smaller incidents
- Customer care and maintenance of existing customers
- Data entry, maintenance, and updating of customer and project data
