In the Sales Support department, you process customer inquiries, support technical questions, handle order processing, and accompany ongoing customer projects. You will also have opportunities to develop in sales and participate in customer acquisition, expansion, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector
- First experience in sales support or a comparable position is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
- Independent, structured work method as well as team skills
- Strategic thinking and motivation to actively drive something
- Technical understanding and interest in the ITK industry
- Secure handling of Microsoft Office and common digital tools
