Job Description
Accelerant Law is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of one year of experience in trusts and estates or tax to join our growing team in a flexible, supportive, and highly collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Drafting core estate planning documents for clients with taxable estates
- Drafting irrevocable trusts, including GRATs, SLATs and ILITs
- Executing complex gifting and sale transactions
- QSBS, pre-liquidity event and pre-IPO tax planning
- Establishing and administering private trust companies
