Job Description
MRK Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and assist projects from start to finish, from initial acquisition analysis to construction and asset management, in the affordable housing domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the affordable housing domain
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting applications
- Experience working with Monday.com Work OS and RealPage software preferred
- Ability to read and decipher leases, contracts, financials, inspection reports, and title documents
