Job Description
We are seeking a Sommelier of exceptional pedigree to steward one of the capital’s most prestigious wine programs.
Requirements
- Oversee an extensive, high-valuation wine collection
- Provide bespoke tableside guidance for a membership group with highly educated palates
- Continuously evolve a wine list that balances iconic global estates with exclusive, small-production allocations
- Leverage deep industry relationships and global networks to secure rare allocations and off-list products
- Maintain absolute precision in cellar conditions, organization, and inventory controls
- Partner with the Executive Chef to design intricate pairing menus
- Serve as a mentor to the service team, fostering a culture of excellence through sophisticated training and tasting sessions
