Job Description
Barista Position Synopsis: Working in The Coffee Shop is different from any other job. You will handcraft delicious beverages, build relationships with our customers and your fellow co-workers. We offer flexible schedules and an environment that is truly welcoming. Baristas are the face of Compass Church.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Comply with a dress code
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
