Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, and prepare or direct the preparation of meals. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams, cross-functional leadership, and knowledge of food and catering trends.
Requirements
- Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
- Experience with leading large teams
- Cross functional leadership across 80- 100 cooks and 13 manager directs
- Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards
- Maintains inventory of food and non-food supplies
- Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations
