Role Overview

Drive innovation behind the scenes and power exceptional guest and team member experiences as the IT Manager. Oversee venue technology systems, support operational technology initiatives, maintain infrastructure reliability, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

What You Will Do

Manage venue technology infrastructure and support systems, monitor network performance and system availability, coordinate hardware and software deployments, maintain cybersecurity controls and compliance standards, and troubleshoot escalated technical issues.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, 3+ years of experience managing enterprise technology environments, and experience supporting network infrastructure, wireless systems, and endpoint devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise technology environments
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, wireless systems, and endpoint devices
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based technologies
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and technology projects
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent preferred
