Job Description
Compass Health Center, a leading provider of PHP/IOP services in North America, is seeking a passionate and effective Adolescent Family Therapist. They offer multidisciplinary treatment for adolescents (ages 13-18) in a comfortable outpatient setting and are opening a new facility in Oak Brook, IL. The role involves facilitating family therapy, supporting patients and families, and coordinating with external providers.
Requirements
- Two years of post-master’s family therapy experience
- Two years of experience working in higher levels of care
- Hold of LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT licenses or certification
- Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use is a plus
