Job Description
Compass Health Center is a leading provider of PHP/IOP services, offering crisis-level mental health care in a comfortable outpatient setting. They are opening a new facility in Oak Brook, Illinois in mid-June, and are seeking a skilled Adolescent Group Therapist to provide science-based therapy to adolescents with anxiety and mood disorders.
Requirements
- Provide group therapy to patients in a safe and therapeutic milieu
- Assess patients on safety, ADLs, and mental status
- Utilize CBT and DBT to facilitate group therapy
- Relaying clinical information
- Developing program material and curriculum
- Tracking program skills and documentation
- Creating discharge plans
- Participating in professional development
