Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking a Data Analyst to join their growing organization. The role will focus on micro and macro data analytics in support of Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Finance teams, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills. The analyst will work cross-functionally to drive data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics or computer science (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of MS Power BI modeling experience
- Experience with electronic health records and medical billing systems (Sigmund/Aura, EPIC)
- Five years of programming experience with SSIS, DAX, and SQL
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
