Registered Nurse

Compass Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care to all populations, working in an interdisciplinary team to build and shape a strong culture at the location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exemplary care, with sensitivity to individual psychiatric conditions.

Requirements

• Medication administration
• Nursing Assessments
• Measuring & recording vitals
• Phone triage
• Performing basic materials management functions
• Maintaining medication inventory
• Recording patient history and medical findings
• Assisting providers with writing laboratory orders and retrieving results
• Assisting with the completion of medical documentation
• Coordinating with insurance companies for medication and diagnostic prior authorizations
• Assisting providers with prescription refills
• Specimen collection
