At least 1 year of experience in a social/human service setting, preferred
Housing Case Manager I at Dexter
2 years of experience in housing and homelessness, ability to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrated ability to maintain a caseload
Maintenance Technician
3 years' experience in maintenance or facilities capacity, knowledge of facilities responsive repairs and planned preventative maintenance, basic equipment and appliance troubleshooting skills
Veterans Housing Case Manager II at Otto's Place
3+ years of case management experience with a minimum of 1-year of case management experience in a Compass program
Relief Staff
Familiarity with housing instability, mental health, substance use, and domestic violence. At least 1-year experience in a social/human service setting. Awareness of belonging, compassion, and meeting people where they are
